Someone somewhere has a ticket that matched the $200 million winning numbers in last Friday’s Mega Millions drawing, but the Ohio Lottery says he or she has yet to come forward. What if it's sitting in that purse you put away for the winter?
Lottery spokeswoman Sandra Neal said the ticket is worth a measly $120 million, what with taxes and all.
The winning ticket will also make a winners of the suburban Columbus retailer due a $100,000 agent sales bonus for selling the lucky ducat, reported The Associated Press. The lottery said the two brothers who run the Blendon Drive Thru in Westerville were happy and surprised at the news.
The winning numbers were 17, 18, 31, 35 and 59. The mega ball number was 9.
It was the third time this year the Mega Millions jackpot reached $200 million. Previously, a Mega Millions jackpot of $106 million was shared among five friends Sept. 11 in New York.
