Eric Gorton, Founder of The Gorton Group, Brings Non-Stop Success to His Real Estate Clients

Investment in land and property has been considered the safest by investors for decades. It is risk aversive compared to other investment means like stock or crypto yet offers high returns. People have always wanted to own a piece of this limited resource to grow their money and become millionaires. All you need to know in real estate is what to buy, when to buy, and when to sell. Eric Gorton is one such example who transformed his and his family’s lives through real estate investment. For him, real estate is more than just business; it is about developing a personal connection with people who can trust you with their money.

Eric is the founder of The Gorton Group, a real estate company helping people buy and sell homes. Eric, originally from Nevada, became a licensed real estate agent in 2001. His natural entrepreneurial skills and brilliant sales strategies have positioned him among Nevada’s top 1 percent sales performance agents for the last couple of decades. He has never once lost this position since getting into the real estate business.

Eric started his career in a casino as a dice dealer. He was earning just enough to pay the bills and take care of his family. He even worked as a nighttime janitor at the school where his children went and his wife was a teacher to make ends meet. It all started when Eric was diagnosed with cancer in 2001. The feeling of his life slipping away without making a strong mark or setting an example for kids troubled him. This prompted him to think about what his kids would say about him after he passed away. It was then Eric decided to turn his passion for real estate into a profession.

Initially, he joined a company as a real estate agent. Within the first year, he managed to sell 30 properties. This was a commendable achievement for a new agent in the industry. He was soon listed among the top 5 agents in his office. This initial achievement helped Eric realize his calling, and he knew what he would be doing for the rest of his life. By the time Eric decided to quit his job to start his own real estate business, he was the top agent in his office, grossing staggering sales figures for the company.

Eric founded The Gorton Group; a company motivated to personalize its realty services for its clients. Since its inception, it has been an out-and-out service-oriented company. He has never limited their services to opening doors for clients and doing the paperwork. It is also caring for the overall well-being of the clients to build a relationship of trust. This is where he has managed to become a trustworthy realtor for his clients, as people completely rely on his guidance when making serious investment decisions.

Eric is now focused on expanding his business beyond Nevada. He has already found a foothold in Las Vegas, but that’s only part of his dream. He wants to change the concept of real estate investment for people, making it more personal and safe. Going by his client-centered ideologies combined with his entrepreneurial skills, it’s only a matter of time until The Gorton Group becomes a household name in reality all across America.
