For all the oxygen devoted to a potential Clinton run, and as inevitable as some Democrats think she is, all the wind is behind Republicans right now, not Democrats. And certainly not Democrats associated in any way with the Obama administration, says S.E. Cupp in NYDailyNews.com.

Yes, it’s going to require some smart maneuvering and a good, serious candidate from the GOP to make the shift from what will likely be a wave election in 2014 to the White House in 2016.
