It Takes One to Know One

Had you asked us what was one thing the country had absolutely no use for these days, right at the top of our list would have been a four–part documentary on Hillary Clinton.

But evidently, we aren’t as enchanted with her as the fanboys and girls at Hulu.

That's exactly what Hulu is unleashing on unsuspecting subscribers in the very near future. (It could be they want someone to share their pain after they sat through 35 hours of interviews with the Hero of Benghazi.)

In the buildup to this completely unanticipated — and no doubt soon to be unwatched — streaming event there have been leaks regarding the content. In an interview with the Hollywood Reporter about "Hillary," Hillary herself lit into 2016 opponent and 2020 presidential candidate, America’s arm–waving socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders.

Hillary was her usual gracious self, "[Bernie Sanders] was in Congress for years. He had one senator support him. Nobody likes him, nobody wants to work with him, he got nothing done. He was a career politician. It’s all just baloney and I feel so bad that people got sucked into it."

Yet if Hillary and the DNC hadn’t rigged the election, Bernie might have won the nomination!

When it comes to unlikeability, we are going to grant that Hillary is an expert and her opinion is to be given a great deal of respect. For our part, we consider both Hillary and Bernie to be Brylcreem personalities. And as the commercials for the hair care product used to proclaim, "A little dab'll do ya!"

Which is why we can’t imagine anyone sitting through all four parts. Heck, even Hillary left before the documentary premiered at the Sundance Film Festival this weekend. The only person we suggest it would be a good idea to watch the entire Hillary–fest at least once and maybe twice, would be Bill.

We imagine she’ll be quizzing him on the content.

Meanwhile, just as Hillary smeared all Trump voters as "deplorables" she goes after Bernie voters, just as hard. And these are members of her own Democratic Party!

"It’s his leadership team. It’s his prominent supporters," she said. "It’s his online Bernie Bros and their relentless attacks on lots of his competitors, particularly the women. And I really hope people are paying attention to that because it should be worrisome that he has permitted this culture — not only permitted, [he] seems to really be very much supporting it."

Bernie, bless his heart, refused to attack Hillary on her criminal treatment of national security email and he refuses to respond in kind to this attack.

Instead he went after the left’s favorite boogeyman, President Trump.

We suppose that’s because although she may now know it, Hillary is yesterday’s news.
