We have another Florida university breakthrough that will no doubt be ignored by the race baiting industrial complex or, if you prefer, Big Race.
We have long contended the demand for racism in America far exceeds the supply, which is why bigotry entrepreneurs like Jussie Smollett have stepped into the breach — or outside the Subway — in an effort to produce much needed racism.
This latest report from Florida’s Stetson University indicates Smollett and the rest of the fraud manufacturers are going to be forced to redouble their output.
Christopher Ferguson and Sven Smith have authored a study, "Race, Class, and Criminal Justice: Is the U.S. Criminal Justice System as Biased as Is Often Assumed?"
The answer is No.
You may find this surprising after watching the regime media and even Fox.
Isn’t the U.S. criminal justice system filled with systemic racism?
Isn’t that why we’ve suffered through the rising crime rates produced by "criminal justice reform"? Isn’t the end of cash bail supposed to put the U.S. on the road to racial justice that the Obama administration failed to produce?
We suffered and are suffering through all of the above and like the vast majority of leftist causes the entire edifice was built on lies.
Ferguson and Sven conducted a meta-analytic review of 51 studies published between 2005 and 2022. Their conclusion: "Overall results suggested that neither class nor race biases for criminal adjudications for either violent or property crimes could be reliably detected. …
"Effect sizes were smaller than our evidentiary threshold, indicating they are indistinguishable from statistical noise."
They conclude in the abstract, "Taken together, these results do not support beliefs that the US criminal justice system is systemically biased at current.
"Negativity bias and the overinterpretation of statistically significant 'noise' from large sample studies appear to have allowed the perception or bias to be maintained among scholars, despite a weak evidentiary base."
Yet noise is all that we’ve been subjected to since Saint George Floyd died of a drug overdose while in the custody of the Minneapolis Police.
Disingenuous and downright dishonestm"experts" have been lying and undermining faith in the criminal justice system to push a false narrative that states without a doubt that Black men are subject to racial bias in arrests and sentencing.
And because of that the U.S. criminal justice system must be dismantled.
These lies and the resulting "criminal justice reform" have caused untold damage to the victims and business owners killed, injured, assaulted, raped and bankrupted by the savages released from prison on the basis of sophisticated, shining lies promulgated by dishonest academic "experts" and broadcast by attention-seeking presstitutes.
You may ask how the dishonest "researchers" can maintain even a façade of accuracy and scientific rigor while pushing their lies. Ferguson and Sven have an answer for that, also.
"Our concern with extant theories is that they clearly begin with the presumption of disparities but provide few guidelines for the falsification of the theories. . . .
"Without such clear guidelines, theories may persist endlessly despite having weak evidence.
"That may be particularly true for theories with significant moral and emotional valence, which certainly is the case for questions of race and class disparities in criminal adjudication."
That’s a very analytical way of saying the race baiters start with a preconceived conclusion and then cherry pick only the "evidence" that supports their predetermined outcome.
And the bigger scandal is no other researchers — before Ferguson and Sven — check their work to see if it is accurate.
And we are living in the ruins these lies have created in major cities run by leftists.
Now we have the evidence. Now we know the truth. And we can assure you nothing will change.
The regime media will ignore this genuine news and the "experts" will do the same knowing there will be no pushback.
What won’t change is the law abiding will continue to be collateral damage as America-hating ideologues continue to force their pro-criminal ideology on the nation and equally dishonest leftist politicians follow their lead.
