The next time prominent leftist celebrities and politicians criticize President Trump for being "divisive" and "driving Americans apart" we would like you to keep this Fox News story in mind.

According to Fox, "Former aides to high-ranking Democratic politicians are joining a so-called 'coronavirus war room' in order to attack President Trump's response to the pandemic."

This is an effort solely designed to exploit the China Flu for political purposes.

At a time when many are calling for Americans to unite to overcome the threat posed by the virus and at a time when, without cooperation from all Americans, many of the virus-fighting public efforts will not succeed; the left is lavishly funding a propaganda campaign to exploit a fatal disease to undermine confidence in the government’s response.

It used to be said that politics stops at America’s shores. Today, as far as the left is concerned, politics is now invading the emergency room.

The left is so proud of its effort to sow division that it issued a news release.

"Protect Our Care – a nonprofit tied to liberal dark money groups – announced the war room on Thursday, with the group's leader accusing Trump of exacerbating the pandemic.

Heading the war room is Zac Petkanas, a former adviser to Hillary Clinton and former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Sarah Chase, a former research associate for the presidential campaign of Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., is joining the team as well."

The stated goal is to "inform the American people about the science and facts about the coronavirus and to educate the public on the Trump’s administration’s ongoing failure to provide honest information and listen to the experts and the science."

If you replace the word "inform" with the word "propagandize," it will show you what these leftists really intend to do.

Funding is provided by "dark money" groups that don’t have to publicly name contributors.

Dark money groups the left claims are dangerous when the group supports a conservative issue.

This conspiracy to score points on the graves of China Flu victims includes, "Protect Our Care . . . tied to 'dark money' organizations like Arabella Advisors, which backs other groups attacking the president over the coronavirus response.

"Specifically, it houses the New Venture Fund and Sixteen Thirty Fund, both of which support another Democrat-aligned group — American Bridge — that's been preparing an ad hitting Trump on the coronavirus.

"The Washington Post reported on Tuesday that Pacronym is planning to spend $5 million on ads attacking Trump's response to the pandemic."

Attempting to score cheap political points during what many consider a national emergency is simply wrong and Democrats should be ashamed.
