China is gearing up to fight a war in space while Joe Biden is planning to focus his efforts on fighting the weather. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg is quoted in the Washington Examiner regarding China’s weapons spending.
The strange thing is Stoltenberg then ignores his own warning. "China is investing massively in new weapons," Stoltenberg said Monday. "It is coming closer to us, from the Arctic to Africa."
President Trump’s foreign policy acknowledge this fact and took initial steps to counteract it, "Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s team put an emphasis on China’s anti-satellite weaponry, which could be used to sever military communications in a conflict and cripple Western economies."
A military that’s blind and can’t spot the enemy, communicate with its own troops or identify incoming threats is a military that’s decapitated. That type of spending is a definite threat to NATO members and any other nation that encounters an expansionist China.
Then as if his personal communications were jammed and Stoltenberg failed to hear what he just said he added, "China is not our adversary," Stoltenberg stipulated. "Its rise presents an important opportunity for our economies and trade. We need to engage with China on issues such as arms control and climate change."
This is the same wishful thinking, globalist, preemptive surrender pablum the elites have been feeding the public since the Clinton administration.
China is an adversary.
That’s why China is making massive investment in offensive weapons.
It’s also why China is seizing islands in the South China Sea to extend its military reach.
And it’s why China is targeting the U.S. for intellectual property theft while at the same time undermining our defense strategies by buying off so many leaders on the left.
And the China-just-wants-to-get-along lie is just fine with Joe Biden and the administration-in-waiting that he’s assembling.
Biden can hardly wait to negotiate more international agreements that we follow and China can ignore.
Commander Cumulus has made a firm statement, "We’re going to have a principle on the National Security Council whose fulltime job is to fight climate change," Biden declared.
"For the first time ever that will occur."
Biden’s displacement activity got a round of applause from the China Communist Party apparatchiks at the Global Times. In a Sunday editorial the paper mused, "Such a shift in focus would clearly be far more objective than the Trump administration's national security priorities."
Don’t say we didn’t warn you. When Amercia's number one adversary approves of the rival administration’s proposed foreign policy regarding that adversary, the next four years are going to be a series of foreign policy disasters at our own expense.
