A Democratic Party strategy to use sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh to taint GOP candidates in the midterm elections could "backfire," political commentator Bill O'Reilly told Newsmax TV on Monday.

O'Reilly lamented to "The Wayne Allyn Root Show" the effect the Kavanaugh controversy is having not only publicly, but privately as well.
