The Democrats' Adversarial Myopia

There are others and they cover a broad spectrum of military who wore different color uniforms but share common views and opinions.

I have been suggesting since February that, notwithstanding the pronouncements of smarter more insightful pundits, President Bush is going to win BIG. I told this to John Fund from the Wall Street Journal and he hinted I was nuts. Bill Sammon from the Washington Times hoped I was right but has suggested my prediction was wishful thinking.

There is a compendium of reasons I still believe (even more so now) indicate John Kerry will be trounced in November.

1. The Veteran community (not just the Swift Boat Vets) is awakened…and they are beaucoup p.o.-ed at John Kerry.

2. Kerry’s voting record is something he and the DNC would like to ignore, but you can count on Bush-Cheney and the RNC to ‘remind’ voters of the Massachusetts junior Senator's RECORD.

3. Kerry has run (and continues to run) an awful campaign.

4. Kerry is his own worse enemy. Beyond the propensity for chronic flip-flopping, and the arrogant patrician demeanor, he is just plain unlikable.

The hypocrisy of the dems is sufficient to gag any self-respecting maggot.

Consider the duplicity:

"One way or the other, we are determined to deny Iraq the capacity to develop weapons of mass destruction and the missiles to deliver them. That is our bottom line." - President Clinton, Feb. 4, 1998

"Iraq is a long way from [here], but what happens there matters a great deal here. For the risks that the leaders of a rogue state will use nuclear, chemical or biological weapons against us or our allies is the greatest security threat we face." - Madeline Albright, Feb 18, 1998

"He will use those weapons of mass destruction again, as he has ten times since 1983." - Sandy Berger, Clinton National Security Adviser, Feb, 18, 1998

"We urge you, after consulting with Congress, and consistent with the U.S. Constitution and laws, to take necessary actions (including, if appropriate, air and missile strikes on suspect Iraqi sites) to respond effectively to the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs." - Letter to President Clinton, signed by Senators Carl Levin (D-MI), Tom Daschle (D-SD), John Kerry ( D - MA), and others Oct. 9, 1998

The disingenuous, duplicitous, smarmy John Kerry said, "Without question, we need to disarm Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal, murderous dictator; leading an oppressive regime ... He presents a particularly grievous threat because he is so consistently prone to miscalculation. And now he is miscalculating America's response to his continued deceit and his consistent grasp for weapons of mass destruction... So the threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real." However, now that his campaign if foundering/imploding, he attacks the president for doing apparently what he (once upon a recent time) embraced?

President Bush is not perfect. None of us are. Only the Almighty is capable of being infinitely just and infinitely merciful. However, John Kerry and his democrat minions are tragically, epically, monumentally, flawed.

John Kerry and his partisan defenders of the indefensible are a real and present danger to our national security.
