Newsmax TV Midterm Preview: US Senate, Georgia

Tuesday, 04 November 2014 12:20 PM EST

Republicans and Democrats see Georgia as a key state in the battle for control of the U.S. Senate.

But as this race heads down to the wire, analysts say that is not likely a winner will be declared when the ballots are counted. Georgia is a run-off state, requiring a candidate get more than 50-percent of the vote or the top two vote-getters must then battle it out again.

As Newsmax TV explains, this race could keep the Senate in flux for weeks.
