President Donald Trump on Tuesday slammed Democrats for "moving on to false accusations" about his alleged sexual misconduct since they've come up dry on collusion with Russia.

Five Senate Democrats on Monday — including independent Bernie Sanders — called on Trump to resign in the wake of the #MeToo movement that has landed on the president's doorstep.

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand led the charge from the left after three Trump accusers appeared on the "Megyn Kelly Today" show Monday to tell their stories in advance of a documentary that's coming out about Trump's alleged sexual misconduct against 15 women to date.

"President Trump has committed assault, according to these women … and he should be fully investigated and he should resign," Gillibrand told CNN.
