Quick to criticize The New York Times, a report by the newspaper on ObamaCare prompted President Donald Trump to offer positive Tweets on Saturday, The Hill reported.

Trump commended The Times tweeting, "The failing @nytimes finally gets it - ‘In places where no insurance company offers plans, there will be no way for ObamaCare customers to … use subsidies to buy health plans.’ In other words, Ocare is dead.”

The Times report, titled "Obamacare Choices Could Go From One to Zero in Some Areas,” outlines what could happen if insurers leave ObamaCare health plans, thereby leaving some states without insurers to cover healthcare participants.

"It notes that with Humana leaving the markets, parts of Tennessee will not have any options unless another insurer enters.

"And it raised concern about reports that Anthem, which operates in 14 states, is considering leaving the ObamaCare markets, noting that it’s the only insurer in a few hundred counties,” The Hill reported.

The Times also noted that Trump’s comments that ObamaCare "will explode” could also affect insurers and "cause them to pull out of the marketplace.”
