President Donald Trump ripped Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif. and Democrats for not releasing a letter earlier outlining a sexual assault claim against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
Trump's comments came in a tweet on Friday, where he also addressed whether Kavanaugh's accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, will appear before a Senate panel to detail her allegation of sexual assault against Kavanaugh.
"Senator Feinstein and the Democrats held the letter for months, only to release it with a bang after the hearings were OVER - done very purposefully to Obstruct & Resist & Delay," he wrote. "Let her testify, or not, and TAKE THE VOTE!"
Earlier on Friday, Trump lashed out in another Twitter blast, saying: "I have no doubt that, if the attack on Dr. Ford was as bad as she says, charges would have been immediately filed with local Law Enforcement Authorities by either her or her loving parents."
