President Donald Trump's approval rating is up slightly in a Fox News poll released Wednesday.
The new poll, conducted Sunday through Tuesday, shows 45 percent of registered voters nationwide giving a thumbs up to the job Trump is doing with 48 percent disapproving.
In March, Trump had a 43 percent approval rating to 51 percent disapproval in the same poll.
Trump's best approval numbers come in relation to his handling of ISIS, terrorism and the economy. He gets lower marks on taxes, foreign policy and immigration — with his lowest numbers on health care.
On the economy, 42 percent think it is improving, compared to 37 percent who think it is getting worse, and 18 percent see no difference. Last month, 48 percent saw it improving and only 29 percent thought it was getting worse.
Americans are evenly split over whether Trump is keeping his promises, with 46 percent thinking he is succeeding and 44 percent saying he is "drifting off course.
Pollsters talked to 1,009 registered voters, and the poll has a sampling error of plus or minus 3 percent.
