Several dozen top Republicans have opted to forgo attending the Republican National Convention in Cleveland this week, which is expected to end with Donald Trump as the presidential nominee.

Among the notable names are two former presidents, former Republican presidential candidates, top donors, and dozens of lawmakers on Capitol Hill.
