Some people are wondering whether former Vice President Joe Biden used a teleprompter that was preloaded with responses to answer questions during a recent campaign event, The Sara Carter Show reports.

A video clip from a virtual AFL-CIO event posted by the Trump campaign on Twitter shows Biden telling someone in the background to "move it up here" before he answered a question. There is a lag in his response as he stares ahead.

"Joe Biden is relying on a teleprompter to answer questions: 'move it up here,' he tells his staff," the Trump War Room Twitter account posted. "There are long pauses between his words as he waits for the prompter to scroll."

Former White House press secretary under President George W. Bush Ari Fleischer retweeted the Trump campaign's post and added his own comment.

"Did Biden really have the answer to this Q pre-loaded into his teleprompter?" he wrote on Twitter. "This is why we have the press: to dig in and get answers."
