Ted Cruz: 'Time Will Tell' Whether I Endorse Trump

Sen. Ted Cruz said Wednesday that "time will tell" whether he endorses presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

"I am looking and listening and watching the candidates," the Texas Republican told reporters on Capitol Hill, CNN reports. "I'm doing the same thing millions of voters are doing and time will tell."

Cruz, who dropped out of the 2016 race in last month, has been reluctant to endorse Trump — and many other Republicans continue to attack the developer after his comments about the Mexican ancestry of U.S. District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is presiding over the civil fraud case involving the defunct Trump University.
