Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney says the upcoming presidential debate isn't about winning and losing.
Romney arrived in Denver on Monday ahead of his Wednesday matchup with President Barack Obama. He told a crowd of thousands at a rally that the debates are about "something bigger" than who wins.
The GOP nominee stood in front of four enormous banners that spelled out the word "jobs." He said that jobs would be, quote, "job one" under a Romney administration.
Romney has been putting in long hours of practice for the Wednesday debate. He plans to spend Tuesday doing more preparation work, at a Denver hotel, and doesn't plan any public events.
