Democratic Congresswoman Annie Kuster holds a substantial lead over her Republican challenger, State Representative Steve Negron, in her bid to win reelection from New Hampshire's 2nd Congressional District, according to a University of New Hampshire poll released on Monday.
Fifty-six percent of likely voters say they will vote for Kuster, while 35 percent choose Negron.
Another 2 percent prefer Libertarian Justin O'Donnell, while 1 percent want another candidate, and 7 percent are undecided.
Among independents, Kuster leads Negron by 12 percentage points.
The survey was conducted between Nov. 1-4 among 321 likely voters in the district. It has a margin of sampling error of +/-5.5 percent.
