Mass mail-in voting is a "huge problem" already, but the Supreme Court's ruling allowing Pennsylvania to count ballots up to three days after Election Day will bring chaos to the system, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said Tuesday.

"Notably, we did win on ballot harvesting, so that is a win certainly, but we think that the vote should be counted on Election Day. That is the way it should be," McEnany told Fox Business' Stuart Varney.

"We want a fair, free vote of the American people accurately encapsulated by the ballot count."

In New York, when the deadline was extended, many ballots were not postmarked, and ballots were being counted when they came in after Election Day, McEnany added.

"This is chaotic," she said. "The American people deserve better than this."

McEnany also spoke out about the push from President Donald Trump and his campaign to have foreign policy included as a topic in Thursday night's debate.

"He will certainly put those points in there," said McEnany. "[He] made Middle East peace not once but twice. No president has ever done that."

He also "decimated ISIS," said McEnany, and he'll bring up those points "even if the biased debate commission" doesn't.

Trump will also go along with the Commission on Presidential Debates' plans to mute microphones so the candidates can't interrupt each other, and it will benefit him, said McEnany.

"The upside of the muted mics: Joe Biden will be forced to speak more than 30 seconds," said McEnany. "He will inevitably walk himself into a few disasters."

She also defended Trump's outspoken nature, which has brought him criticism from many quarters.

"The president is a fighter," she said. "A lot of voters around the country will not talk to a pollster but support the president. … The president is on his way to victory."
