Longtime TV host Larry King is no fan of President Donald Trump's presidency so far, calling it "ridiculous" in an interview Monday.
King, who retired from CNN in 2010 and now hosts shows on Hulu and RT America, bashed Trump during an appearance on SiriusXM's "Tell Me Everything."
"It's almost funny: To run the Environmental Protection Agency, he hires an anti-environment guy; to run the [Department] of Education, he hires someone who doesn't like education – doesn't like public schools," King told host John Fugelsang. "That's weird, man."
King then briefly talked about climate change and questioned why anyone, including Trump, would doubt it is a real thing.
"He gets us out of climate change," King said. "Who doesn't notice climate change? Come on. It's obviously caused by carbon dioxide."
King closed the segment by arguing Trump and the House GOP's failed bid to pass the American Health Care Act last month ultimately taught Trump a lesson about politics.
"I think Donald's learned a lesson. Now he'll entertain Democrats, I think he'll — hopefully, he'll change. He's not what they make, but I gotta admit that so far, this is one of the most ridiculous presidencies I have ever seen."
