One of President-elect Donald Trump's potential cabinet picks may have accidentally revealed his agenda while posing for photographs ahead of a meeting with the incoming president.

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach was shown with Trump on Sunday at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, N.J. He was holding a business portfolio in his left hand, and on top of the portfolio were several pieces of paper held together by at least two paper clips.

The top page was facing up, and a closer look reveals what could be Kobach's agenda should he earn a spot in Trump's administration as secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.

According to The Topeka Capital-Journal, the document that's visible proposed bringing back the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System, which was created after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and was suspended 10 years later.

"All aliens from high-risk areas are tracked," reads the document, which is titled "Department of Homeland Security Kobach Strategic Plan For First 365 Days."

The document also calls for adding "extreme vetting questions for high-risk aliens" and a pledge to "reduce intake of Syrian refugees to zero."

Also mentioned in the document and partially obscured by Kobach's arm are references to a wall, which is likely Trump's proposed border wall between the U.S. and Mexico, and the phrase "criminal alien."

Kobach chaired the Kansas Republican Party from 2007-2009 and was later sworn in as secretary of state in 2011.

Last week, Reuters reported that Kobach has written several pieces of legislation over the years dealing with illegal immigration and national security.

Trump is in the process of selecting who will work in his cabinet when he takes office in January.
