House committees depositions will continue Tuesday for people being questioned in the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump, including a closed door deposition scheduled for Deputy Assistant Secretary of State George Kent.

There are also deadlines Tuesday for subpoenas set this week for documents from the White House Office of Managment and Budget, the Pentagon, and the president's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, reports USA Today.

Giuliani has been subpoenaed for documents, with a deadline of Tuesday, but has not said if he will comply. He complained in a tweet Sept. 30 the subpoena was signed only by Democrat chairs who have "prejudged the case."

Kent, meanwhile, will have a private deposition with the three committees.

In May, Giuliani, speaking with a Ukrainian news site, accused Kent of working with philanthropist George Soros to develop "dirty information" on Trump's campaign officials.

Kent had previously served as deputy chief of mission in Kyiv and spent years working on anti-corruption efforts across Europe.

There is also a deadline Tuesday for subpoenas to the Pentagon and White House OMB for documents showing why military aid to Ukraine had been frozen. Defense Secretary Mark Esper has said he will comply with the subpoena.

Meanwhile, documents have also been requested from Vice President Mike Pence, but he has not said if he will comply.
