Vice President Kamala Harris said during Tuesday night's presidential debate that former President Donald Trump was "fired by 81 million people" during the 2020 presidential election.
"And clearly he is having a very difficult time processing that," Harris told viewers.
President Joe Biden received 81,283,501 votes nationally during the 2020 election, while Trump received 74,223,975.
Harris said the country can't afford to have a president who "as he did in the past, upends the will of the voters in a free and fair election."
Harris said world leaders are "laughing at Donald Trump" and said he is a "disgrace."
Trump fired back, saying Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban said Trump was the most respected and feared leader in the world.
Trump went on to President Joe Biden a "weak, pathetic man" who was "thrown out of office" by Democrats this summer to make way for Harris.
Trump told viewers he was going to let them in on a secret – that Biden hates Harris.
"He can't stand her," Trump said.
