Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, said recounts and legal challenges of the Nov. 3 election have to “play out,” arguing that troubling questions about the process have to be answered.

In an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures,” Jordan said the process in Pennsylvania should be reviewed in particular.

“Let the process play out,” he said. “We have a law… the Electoral College doesn't meet until four weeks from tomorrow so let this play out. Remember, the Democrats spent four years on the Russian hoax. It seems to me we can spend four weeks on getting to the bottom of this election where so many Americans have concerns about what took place and what happened.”

According to Jordan, there are many questions to be answered in Pennsylvania.

“Why [was it] in Pennsylvania, where some counties’ voters …[were] allowed to ‘cure’ their ballots but other voters in other counties weren’t,” he asked, referring to correcting a mistake on a ballot. “Why did they allow pre-canvas in some counties but other counties they didn’t… Why were certain temporary satellite offices setup for early voting in some counties but not in others.”

“It seemed like every state that kept counting, President [Donald] Trump won,” he argued.

“But all the states that halted counting for a while, he wound up losing. Why did that happen? And maybe the most important question, why don't Joe Biden and the Democrats want to find out? Why do they keep observers from seeing what was going on in these counties.”
