Jeb Bush and Donald Trump are losing ground as likeable candidates, according to the latest ABC/Washington Post
poll released Wednesday.
Trump is seen favorably by just 37 percent of Americans, and unfavorably by 59 percent, a slight increase since mid-July but only among whites.
Bush is seen favorably by 38 percent of Americans and negatively by 55 percent, up 8 points since mid-July, the poll shows. He is losing conservatives, particularly those who consider themselves strong conservatives, which tend to favor Trump, the poll found.
Hillary Clinton's numbers aren't much better. She is down 7 points in favorability, with 45 percent of likely voters seeing her favorably, and 53 percent unfavorably since July.
