Most everyone in Washington assumes ex-GOP House Speaker Newt Gingrich will run for president in 2012. And comments from his daughter confirm that sentiment,
Politico reports.
"He's very serious," Jackie Gingrich Cushman, an author and syndicated columnist, says in an interview with Human Events. "Much more serious than he ever has been. And I can tell that because we actually sat down the two of us, for two hours recently — and I don't think that's happened since I had children."
He’s “very concerned” about the direction the country has taken since President Barack Obama took office, Cushman says "All of my life, he's always done what he has thought was best for our country. And I think that he'll take all of that into consideration. So we'll see in February or March."
