The Federal Bureau of Investigation has put up a $75,000 reward for information that leads to the location, arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for planting pipe bombs that were found in Washington, D.C., on the day of the riot at the Capitol.

The FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ''are offering up to $75,000 for information leading to the location, arrest, and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for placing suspected pipe bombs in Washington, D.C., on January 6,'' the FBI tweeted on Thursday, along with a link to a web page were information can be submitted.

The tweet included several pictures of one suspect, who was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, black pants and gloves and sneakers that were white and black, along with a white face mask and carrying a blue or brown backpack.

The FBI previously offered $50,000 for any information on the pipe bombs, which were found outside the headquarters for both the Republican and Democratic National Committees. The improvised explosive devices were found and defused before any detonated.
