President Donald Trump has granted his first international interview to a British tabloid — and it will be conducted by columnist Piers Morgan who once accused the commander in chief of "making America hate."

Morgan, a columnist for MailOnline and editor-at-large for DailyMail.com, will grill Trump about his first year in office at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

The newsman first met Trump when he edited Rupert Murdoch's now-shuttered News of the World and has been a longtime friend — although he's also quick to call out the president and did so by complaining about his refugee and Muslim ban and his retweeting of a hate group's rant.

"I genuinely like him. I have known him through 10 years, and saw from 'The Apprentice' he can be charming, funny, smart and his judgment is spot on. He loved drama and arguments and making the right decision and being popular," Morgan said in 2017.

That said, Morgan admitted he could never work for Trump because, "I couldn't work for an administration I don't believe in politically. I totally disagree with him on guns, on climate change."

Morgan is expected to ask tough questions as the Mail has been in for the forefront of covering Trump's triumphs as well as his scandals.

On Thursday, directly above its article about scoring an interview with Trump, it trumpeted a story headlined: "Porn star Stormy Daniels flashes a smile as she REFUSES to reveal whether she had sex with Trump amid bombshell claims she received a $130,000 payoff for her silence before the election."

Parts of the interview will first air Friday morning on British television with the full chat to be broadcast on Sunday.
