President Donald Trump took a swipe at his former opponent Hillary Clinton on Friday, telling reporters that he calls the 2016 presidential election as her "funeral," The Hill reports.
"I call it Hillary Clinton’s funeral, that was the night she lost the election," Trump said on Air Force One. "It was a funeral; it was a wake."
Since the election, Clinton has kept out of the spotlight, making only occasional speeches and appearances.
The president made the comment while talking about special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian election interference.
He added that "people that are on Mueller’s team" had been "crying" that night because of Clinton’s loss.
