'War Bonds' Proposed to Help Fight Virus

The multitrillion-dollar coronavirus relief packages are causing some economists and several members of the Trump administration to come up with wartime solutions.

Just as war bonds were sold by the government to help finance each world war fought during the 20th century, the same solution is being floated to finance the 21st-century battle being waged by what has been called a wartime administration.
