Trump Re-election Could Rest With Last Election's Nonvoters

More than 100 million Americans did not vote in the 2016 election, and experts tell Newsmax that President Donald Trump needs to attract only a small number of them to win a second term in 2020.

"Most people don't care," says retired pollster and syndicated columnist Matt Towery, who surveyed the 2016 election. "You're really unlikely to pull in a huge amount of people who are generally uninterested in politics and are not interested in engaging.
