Liberal Lawmakers Seek to Circumvent Supreme Court on Gun Permits

Undaunted by a recent setback at the U.S. Supreme Court, Democrat officials nationwide are working to implement novel methods to limit the carrying of concealed weapons.

The Supreme Court ruled in 2022 that requiring proof of "a special need for self-protection" to obtain a concealed carry permit violated the Second Amendment and was therefore unconstitutional.
