Conservatives Cheer SCOTUS Review of Philly's Foster Care Ban

Social conservatives are celebrating the Supreme Court's Monday decision to review whether Philadelphia officials can legally stop contracting with faith-based foster care groups due to their biblical definition of marriage.

Conservatives say shunning ministries that refuse to place foster kids with gay couples not only infringes on religious liberty, but also condemns hundreds of children to languish in group homes rather than being placed with a loving family.
