The immigration bills now being considered on Capitol Hill do not address the vital issue of fraud, Michael Cutler, a retired Immigration and Naturalization Service agent, told Newsmax TV on Monday.
"Sooner or later aliens who aspire to come to the United States legally or illegally are going to make it," Cutler told Monday's "America Talks Live."
