(Newsmax TV's "America Talks Live")

By    |   Tuesday, 12 June 2018 03:38 PM EDT

President Donald Trump's dangling of possible hotel and condo development deals before Kim Jung Un is a positive step in proving to the North Korean strongman he can prosper if he plays ball with the U.S., Richard Manning, president of Americans for Limited Government, told Newsmax TV on Tuesday.

"You have to sell a positive future that includes Kim Jong Un, otherwise there's no deal," Manning told Tuesday's "America Talks Live."
