Mexican law enforcement is looking the other way as gun-toting drug traffickers distribute food and other vital supplies to the poor in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Videos have emerged showing alleged members of feared drug gangs Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) and Gulf Cartel handing out goods at several locations.
