The Food and Drug Administration is warning consumers not to fall prey to unsubstantiated claims that cannabis-related products are a cure-all for the coronavirus.

Accounts on social media in recent weeks have claimed cannabinol (CBD) and other cannabis-related products boost the immune systems of users, bolstering their defenses against COVID-19.
