Progress President Donald Trump has made keeping North Korea’s nuclear weapons and missile tests in check will likely be undone under a Biden administration— posing a grave threat to neighboring countries and the United States.

With access to missiles, hydrogen bombs, nuclear weapons, and electromagnetic pulse, EMPs, capable of blacking out the entire grid of the U.S., security experts say North Korea won’t be afraid to flex its arsenal.
