Explosive devices sent to Hillary Clinton and former President Barack Obama, as well as suspected explosives sent to CNN’s New York studio at the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle in Manhattan, appear to reflect a dangerous uptick in political violence as the November midterms draw near.
