Andy Ngo, the noted conservative journalist who was punched, kicked, and abused by masked thugs during a June rally in Portland, Ore., now says the anarchist group Antifa aspires to transform the United States into a Communist country.

Ngo, 33, made his remarks in a speech at The Heritage Foundation, the conservative think tank in Washington, D.C.
