President Donald Trump's 2020 re-election campaign has lashed out at Republicans who criticized the commander in chief for his controversial joint press conference with Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, Finland.
Katrina Pierson, a spokesperson for Trump for President, Inc., told Newsmax TV she was "disturbed" by the number of GOP lawmakers who went after Trump for saying he believed the Russian president over U.S. intelligence over meddling in the 2016 presidential race – a statement he later called a misspeak.
