TrackBill.com spokeswoman Aubrey Bates told
Newsmax TV that people who don’t necessarily understand political jargon can read and track legislation courtesy of a website that allows users to search by bill number, keyword or committee name, and receive updates as the bill moves through the system.
"You can track bills that are in the current session and see how they're moving but you can also go back and look at some historical information too," Bates said on “America’s Forum.” "So you could go back to last session and see what has happening last session with immigration and how similar does that bill maybe look to the bill that we're seeing today."

Voters can look to see a bill’s unpublicized provisions, view a bill’s full text, added amendments and whether there is any hidden pork, she said.
Over the past 30 days, according to Bates, the Highway Trust Fund appropriations bill and the Keystone Pipeline oil and gas infrastructure bill have received the most hits on
TrackBill.com.
