Isgur Flores: So Far, Voter ID Challenges 'Moot'

By    |   Tuesday, 09 September 2014 11:24 AM EDT

Unless states can find people who were denied the right to vote for not meeting the criteria of voter ID laws, arguments against them are moot, political commentator Sarah Isgur Flores said Tuesday on “America’s Forum.”

Isgur Flores and commentator Joe Lestingi appeared together on Newsmax TV to discuss voter ID laws.

“In this case in Texas, the other side has yet to find a plaintiff who couldn't vote under the law,” she said. “An ID that's free, they've made it very easy with six different types of ID that you can have and if they can't find someone who wasn't able to vote, then they've got a problem in showing that this has any discriminatory effect whatsoever.”
