Voter ID Proponent: NC Law Takes 'Dent out of Vote Fraud'

Jay DeLancy, founder of the Voter Integrity Project, and Josh Orton, left-leaning political commentator and former aide to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, debate the constitutionality of North Carolina's voter ID law on Newsmax TV's "America's Forum" on Wednesday. DeLancy said the law took "a dent out of vote fraud," while Orton argued there was little need for it because there were few cases of voter fraud.
