The newest member of The New York Times' editorial board is a racist and "cop hater," argued Former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke on Newsmax TV.

Clarke appeared on Friday's "America Talks Live" and was asked about Sarah Jeong, a South Korean woman whose derogatory and hate-filled tweets about white people and police officers from a few years ago have resurfaced and caused an uproar.

"They have a motto, 'all the news that's fit to print.' They ought to change it to, 'do as we say, not as we do,'" Clarke said of the Times.

"This Sarah Jeong is a straight-up racist. She's also a cop hater and she doesn't even hide it. And so for The New York Times to sit up there and try to justify this is beyond the pale. But again, for the liberal media, the lying liberal media as I call it, it is kind of business as usual."

The Times announced Jeong's hiring earlier this week. Not long after, tweets she posted in 2013, 2014, and 2015 came to light. They talked about hating white people and police officers. A sampling of what she posted:

"#cancelwhitepeople,"

"White people have stopped breeding. you'll all go extinct soon. that was my plan all along."

"Dumbass [expletive] white people marking up the internet with their opinions like dogs [expletive] on fire hydrants."

"oh man it's kind of sick how much joy I get out of being cruel to old white men."

"let me know when a cop gets killed by a rock or molotov cocktail or a stray shard of glass from a precious precious window."

"Cops are [expletive]."

"If we're talking big sweeping bans on [expletive] that kills people, why don't we ever ever ever ever talk about banning the police?"

She also talked about wanting to see all men be killed.

Clarke was also asked about a candidate for New York attorney general's call to abolish ICE. Zephyr Teachout recently released a campaign video in which she pledged to pursue prosecutions against ICE employees and work to shut down the law enforcement organization.

"I don't know where she went to law school, I think it was Fordham, but she ought to go back and try to get her money back," Clarke said. "Or she must have missed the day when they were talking about the Constitution. I don't even know if they do that in law school.

"This is a supremacy issue thing. … So, basically she's running for this position saying I'm not going to do that, I'm not going to do any of the things that I'm supposed to do in this law enforcement role. I'm just gonna go rogue. And she's saying she will become the law. That is very dangerous."
