Fla. Sheriff: Ferguson Police, Residents Must Communicate

Palm Beach County, Fla., Sheriff Ric Bradshaw and Stanley Scott, founder of the African American Economic Recovery Think Tank, joined "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV Thursday to discuss how to calm riot-torn Ferguson, Mo., where a city police officer shot and killed an unarmed black teenager.
