Campbell Harvey: Raising Minimum Wage Will Lead to Layoffs

Campbell Harvey, professor of finance at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University joined Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV's "MidPoint" on Monday to discuss news that U.S. investigators are using bank employees as informants in investigations of possible manipulation of currency markets, the unemployment rate, and raising the minimum wage.
