Commentator and CNBC host Larry Kudlow praised Donald Trump's tax-reduction plans on Thursday, telling Newsmax TV that middle-income Americans stand to fare the best.
"Trump's going to slash business taxes for both large and small companies," Kudlow told "The Steve Malzberg Show" in an interview. "The biggest beneficiaries of a reduction in business taxes are the wage earners. The middle-income wage earners."

"Plus, he's going to slash tax rates across the board, with the biggest cuts going through the middle-income people," Kudlow added. "He's going to increase the standard deduction that's aimed at middle-income people.
"These are all pro-growth efforts."
Kudlow, who is advising Trump on economic issues, contrasted Trump's agenda with that of Hillary Clinton's.
"With Mrs. Clinton, this is the key point: She has no pro-growth. She's a taxer.
"She wants to tax rich people. She wants to tax Wall Street companies. She wants to tax financial-trading firms.
"If it moves, she's going to tax it," Kudlow told Malzberg.
"The economy is still going to be at the center of this election. Miscues and unintended statements and gaffes notwithstanding, Trump is the pro-growth guy cutting tax rates and regulations.
"Hillary is the anti-growth person raising taxes and regulations," he said, "and the sooner that clarifies, the better off Trump's going to be."
