Negative ads by a Marco Rubio super PAC airing in South Carolina are "kind of a kitchen-sink thing" — only proving that the junior Florida senator is not equipped to occupy the White House, Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush told

"That's an indication that maybe things aren't going so well in Rubio-land," the former two-term Florida governor told "Newsmax Prime" host J.D. Hayworth. "The issue for people in South Carolina is who could serve as president of the United States because we don't know what the unforeseen event is.
"Marco Rubio has claimed that I have no foreign policy experience and he does," Bush said, noting that Rubio is a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
"He gets to go to from time to time, where he hears experts talk incessantly," he said of the meetings. "I'm sure it's interesting, but that's not foreign-policy experience.
"My experience is based on eight years of being governor of the state, where I was commander-in-chief of the Florida National Guard, where we led the nation in trade missions.
"I've lived overseas. I've worked overseas. I've traveled extensively overseas, I've talked to and engaged with world leaders.
"I've also had 40 generals and admirals support my campaign because they know that I would be the kind of commander-in-chief who has the back of the military."
